Abdelali BERRADA SOUNNI launches the "Les Jardins de la Palmeraie" project, making him a pioneer in the mixed use projects.


Well aware of the importance of tourism as a lever of economic growth, he developed major projects in the context of the government's "10 million tourists in 2010" policy, supplementing the "Jardins de la Palmeraie" with the "Palmeraie Golf Palace", a tourist complex comprising a hotel with 314 rooms and suites, several restaurants, a shopping centre, a fitness centre and Morocco's first private 18-hole golf course – later expanded to 27 holes.


The Group creates "Residences Dar Saada", launching mid-range and economic housing projects in line with its values of quality and innovation. Its subsidiary "Espaces Saada" responded to His Majesty the King's determination to reduce Morocco's housing deficit.


The Group creates the evocative label "Espaces Saada", covering comfortable, quality mid-range and social housing. Espaces Saada makes quality production, focusing on the "city within a city" concept. Projects bearing the Label offer an overall living environment including green spaces, schools and local shops – pleasant sites good living .


The Group also develops Casablanca's first resort, "Les Jardins de l'Océan", a project covering 29 hectares alongside the road to Dar Bouazza, and begins delivery of its "Les Jardins de la Palmeraie III" project, a prestige resort in the heart of the Marrakech Palmeraie.


"Espaces Saada" sets about increasing its capital by 900 million dirhams, underwritten by well-known national and international institutional investors.


The Group continues the "California Golf Resort" real estate project, located alongside Bouskoura forest and covering some 130 hectares, including 80 hectares of green spaces.


Residence Dar Saada, with its successes and its growth, began a new stage in its development by introducing the Casablanca stock exchange.
Trading in the company on the stock market is done by capital increase and up milliards 1,13 dirhams, representing 20% of capital.
The funds finances by the IPO transaction will be dedicated to the acquisition of land in Morocco, accelerating the pace of production and future development of Africa.
Following the IPO in December 2014, the float of the company represents 20% of the capital and historical institutional investors and family BERRADA hold 25% and 55% of capital. At today’s date, the breakdown of Residence Dar Saada capital is a follows:



- Palmeraie development has introduced a new sporting activity; the first of its kind in Morocco and North Africa, the cable-ski "Waky Marrakech", in the Jardins de l'Atlas resort. A project located on an artificial lake that covers an area of 3ha.

- Palmgolf Morocco, launched by the Palmeraie Développement Group, which groups together 3 prestigious golf courses; PalmGolf Marrakech Palmeraie and its 27-hole course, PalmGolf Marrakech Ourika and PalmGolf Casablanca in Bouskoura.



The group has launched Palm Immobilier, the top luxury brand that offers a unique and innovative offer and a choice of exclusive project locations. The Palm Ocean is the first project of the latter. The residential offer includes apartments R + 2, pavilions villa with garden and private pool and spaces dedicated to various amenities and amenities.


Initiated by the group, the Palmeraie Country Club is the culmination of a know-how and the invitation to live an experience in lifestyle and well-being in the heart of nature and more specifically at the California Golf Resort. This Country Club aspires to offer in one place: a memorable sporting and golfing experience, an invitation to relaxation out of the ordinary and healthy cuisine with exceptional products. Palmeraie has formed a partnership with Ducass Conseil to assist it in developing the catering offering. The PPC also offers you an 18-hole course designed by the Canadian duo Nelson & Haworth and Talbot Golf Design, a golf academy led by Faycal Serghini international golfer and reigning Moroccan champion and Benoit Wilemart coach on the European tour. The country club has a sports center, including a fitness area, an Olympic pool, a tennis court and Padel, a football field, Basketball, Handball and Volleyball, a SPA and finally a meeting center more than 330m2.


Résidences Dar Saada, a subsidiary of the Palmeraie Développement group, announces the launch of a major innovation in the economic sector: a social duplex at 250,000 dirhams. This new concept will be launched initially through several projects of Dar Saada Residences in Casablanca, Skhirat, Marrakech, Martil and Agadir.
