Espaces Saada opens a new showroom in Casablanca

Major player in mid-range, economic housing in Morocco.
Espaces Saada, a subsidiary of Palmeraie Développement, unveils their new showroom in the Derb Ghallef district.

It is the sixth showroom opened by the company in Casablanca.

The building extends over an area of 1,000m² on the ground floor and 476m² upstairs and will accommodate around sixty employees. The commercial headquarters of Espaces Saada as well as its sales and delivery activities will be provided under one roof. In addition to offices, the commercial part will include a reception area for about 20 children as well as a show apartment which is illustrative of Espaces Saada projects in Morocco.

The new showroom complies with all the required standards in force in relation to reception, safety and protection against fire and water damage. The property is equipped with a video surveillance system and a badge access system which covers all access and protects sensitive areas. The site also provides quick access to all infrastructures and public transport, which makes it easily accessible at any time of the day.

Finally the whole building demonstrates the values of Espaces Saada: the build quality is impeccable and reflects the quality of service offered by the company.

This showroom will therefore strengthen the position of the Espaces Saada, a company which operates for the benefit of all its customers and the essential company for economic and mid-range real estate in Morocco.

Espaces Saada now has 11 showrooms across Morocco, including cities where the company’s projects are being implemented, such as Fez, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Casablanca and, shortly, Oujda.
